Ayoa is an inclusive all-in-one mind mapping, whiteboard and collaboration app designed to embrace differences, elevate creativity, and drive results. Intelligent Digital Workspace (partially in development): More than just a task management, mind mapping or meeting tool, Ayoa will become an all-in-one solution for teams, wherever they’re based to take ideas through to action. With a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management, Seungjun is an expert in IT-proposal sales and offers innovation strategy consultancy and training.The company says it will continue to support existing users of iMindMap, but it won’t develop any new versions of its popular desktop mind mapping software. OpenGenius, the developer of iMindMap and DropTask, recently combined the best parts of both applications in a new web-based mind mapping and project management tool called Ayoa. Smart Meetings (In development): A new way to successfully hold meetings remotely, Ayoa’s new Meeting Board feature will allow teams host meetings (remote or otherwise) and simultaneously take notes, develop ideas and create tasks. OpenGenius combines iMindMap and Droptask into Ayoa.Ayoa is a solely online tool, which allows for collaboration between different team members. This software was created to replace other task management tools on the market.

However, it has extended its offerings beyond just mind maps, which prompted a name change. The funds from the Seedrs campaign will be used to further develop the following products: Ayoa is owned by Opengenius and was initially referred to as iMindMap.
